Booth Info

Your booth will include (1) 6-ft table with a tablecover & skirting, (2) folding chairs, a
waste basket, and a company booth sign.

Move In

Saturday, June 2nd, 2012

7A – 9:30A.

Move Out

Your booth must remain intact until the close of the festival at 4P.

At that time we ask that you utilize the same Exhibitor Entrance Point that you used for set up to exit the festival.

Parking

The Exhibitor Parking lot is located in the West lot. After parking please proceed to your Exhibitor Entrance Point for check in.  You will NOT be allowed to drive your vehicle to
your booth location.
